Welcome to the last full invitation to the 1954 Reunion on May 19th at Ye Olde Cherry Tree, Southgate, from Noon to 4.30pm. We are hoping for another big turn-out and some long awaited first appearances, two overseas members, and perhaps a few surprises. LATEST NEWS - John Morriss has been in touch from Australia and may be able to attend our 10 years reunion in 2013 as they could be visiting the UK. This prompted me to predict that the 2013 reunion date would be either May 18th, or less likely, June 29th to coincide almost precisely with ten years after our first reunion on June 28th 2003. Club members will vote on this by the end of 2012.
OLD SCHOLARS NEWS - Beryl Skinner is recovering from a fall & cracked hip & is unable to organise things at her normal speed, & may miss our reunion date as previously planned. We send her our best wishes for a quick recovery. Soon after this incident we were able to assist Peter Brown (1951) to find some former classmates when he visits the UK from New Zealand in early May.
